Jeremy Todd Browner
Jeremy was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2008 and opened his Chapel Hill practice in 2009. Browner Law, PLLC is a general practice law firm with areas of focus in Aviation, Business and Bankruptcy Law.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University. While undertaking his studies at Hofstra, Jeremy interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Section of Aviation and Admiralty.
Since first being admitted to the Bar, Jeremy has largely maintained a private practice, incorporating experience gained through student internships and as an associate in two different firms with a strong sense of personal and professional ethics. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and the U.S. District Courts throughout North Carolina (Fourth Circuit).
Jeremy is active in the North Carolina Bar Association, currently serving as: Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Section’s Legislative Committee and a member of the Technology Committee for the Association at large. He also active in the Orange County Bar Association where he currently holds the position of Treasurer. Within the larger community, Jeremy is a member of the Carrboro-Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce and serves as an Assistant Legal Officer in the North Carolina Wing of the Civil Air Patrol. He is a licensed commercial pilot and a certified flight instructor.
